2. Orders & Services

All orders placed (online or offline) are subject to availability.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to unforeseen circumstances.
Prices and menu items may change without prior notice.
Special offers and discounts are valid for a limited time only.

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in INR (₹) and may include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Payments can be made via cash, UPI, cards, or other accepted methods.
Full payment must be made before order processing (for online orders).

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Orders once placed cannot be canceled after preparation has started.
Refunds are only applicable in case of:
- Wrong order delivered
- Order not delivered
- Poor food quality (verified case)
Refunds will be processed within 3–7 business days.

5. Delivery Policy

Delivery time is an estimate and may vary due to traffic, weather, or other conditions.
KFCR is not responsible for delays caused by third-party delivery services.
Customers must provide accurate address and contact details.

6. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are expected to behave respectfully with staff.
Any damage to restaurant property will be chargeable.
Misuse of offers or fraudulent activities may lead to account restriction.

7. Food & Safety

We maintain hygiene and quality standards; however, customers must inform us about allergies before ordering.
KFCR is not liable for allergic reactions if prior information is not provided.

8. Intellectual Property

All content including logo, menu design, branding, and images are the property of KFCR and cannot be used without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

KFCR shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

10. Privacy

Customer information is used only for order processing and service improvement. We do not share personal data with unauthorized third parties.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of local courts.
