1. No Cancellation After Preparation

Once your order is confirmed and food preparation has started, cancellation is not allowed.

2. Eligible Refund Cases

Refunds will only be provided in the following situations:

  • Wrong item delivered

  • Missing items in the order

  • Food quality issue (valid and verified complaint)

  • Order not delivered

3. Refund Process

  • Customers must report the issue within 2 hours of delivery.

  • Proof (photo/video) may be required.

  • Refunds will be processed within 3–7 business days via original payment method.

4. Non-Refundable Cases

  • Change of mind after order placement

  • Delay due to traffic/weather

  • Incorrect address provided by customer

5. Partial Refunds

KFCR reserves the right to provide partial refunds based on the issue.
