1. No Cancellation After Preparation
Once your order is confirmed and food preparation has started, cancellation is not allowed.
2. Eligible Refund Cases
Refunds will only be provided in the following situations:
Wrong item delivered
Missing items in the order
Food quality issue (valid and verified complaint)
Order not delivered
3. Refund Process
Customers must report the issue within 2 hours of delivery.
Proof (photo/video) may be required.
Refunds will be processed within 3–7 business days via original payment method.
4. Non-Refundable Cases
Change of mind after order placement
Delay due to traffic/weather
Incorrect address provided by customer
5. Partial Refunds
KFCR reserves the right to provide partial refunds based on the issue.
